This review isn’t about the service or atmosphere, those things are good. The salad I ordered was terrible. I believe the avocados are previously frozen because it was so rubbery, I couldn’t even cut it with the knife or fork, it just wasn’t edible. The deli chicken for the salad was horribly dry. Just overall bland, not worth the calories. The salad dressing didn’t even save the salad, everything minus the tomatoes and onions tasted old.

Great staff this time. Restaurant was clean. I will not ever order the shrimp and avocado salad again. Worst thing I have ever tasted here. Unanimous opinion at the table after others tried it. But that isn’t the staff’s fault. They were great.

Dear Franchise Owner, please note, I LOVE your concept! I’ve been to several around the Southeast, including early in your existence in Jackson, MS. However, I was disappointed when I visited your location in Dothan. The bathrooms smelled horrible, and both the soap dispenser and towel dispenser were broken. I suggest you visit the Chick-fil-A near you and compare. Or, better than that, when you travel, visit the bathrooms at BUCCEE’S, where they have an ABSOLUTE COMMITMENT to EXCELLENCE…! Your concept is way too good to not require your people to match that level of excellence. BTW: I WILL be back.
