I got off work this past Friday night & I wanted something new & different. So I stopped by Newk’s right here on Lake Harbour Dr. This was my very 1st time coming here. I ordered the full chicken bacon club sandwich & a cup of chicken tortilla soup. My wife had the half sandwich pick a pair. She had the Newk’s club & a cup of chicken tortilla soup. I must say this was a pretty good meal. My sandwich was more than filling, prepared how I ordered it & delicious. The chicken tortilla soup was hot & seasoned just right. Overall I will say we definitely enjoyed the meal & will be back again to try something different on the menu. Those pick a pair meal deals are the best.

Have tried to order to go from this location multiple times because my office is close by and have had issues with the order every time. This time they lost the order so I had to wait for them to start it from scratch. Once I got back to the office with my food after waiting, my salad had no dressing or croutons on it so it was just a pile of lettuce. I tried to call the manager to let her know but was placed on hold for another 15 minutes. If you want good service go to a different Newk’s.

Wish I could’ve rate it a 0..one is being a tad bit generous..I purchase a strawberry cake and when I got home and got prepared to eat it I discovered it was brown n some spots which lead me to assume it was old..I immediately took it back. The cashier wasn’t sure what to make out of it so she went n got the manager and his response well it’s just dye. Me with a clueless look on my face asked him so they put brown dye in it…at that moment he just suggest I get another one. I got a caramel cake because it looked normal just to get home and see that it was stale. So I wasn’t happy with my service or food. Want be back

Why is the food so bad now? Why have you changed your chicken from high quality thick cut chicken to soggy lunch meat? You think people want to pay $12 for a soggy lunch meat chicken Newk’s Favorite? Raise the prices don’t cut quality, second Newks visit in a row where I would describe the food as borderline inedible.

I love this location. Order is always ready in a timely fashion. Always place my order through the app. They have curbside pickup. Love the pizza, soups, and salads. The salads are huge, except for pasta salad. Not so into the desserts.

Is it asking too much for it to be communicated to the customer when their order will not be prepared as advertised? Due to a lack of supply, ingredients from my salad were omitted without being advised of the situation. $12.95 for a salad is already a bit pricey, not receiving it according to the way it was advertised to allow me the option to make an informed decision is unacceptable. Thank you for giving me the nudge I needed to invest the time to prepare my own lunch.

Extremely nice atmosphere; everybody is extremely nice and pleasant. Very busy but food quality is excellent. Staff consistently maintains cleanliness of dining area. Restrooms were clean, but separate hand washing is available outside restrooms. Manager visited our table during our visit, as well.
