This was a pick 2 special. Italian sandwich and lobster bisque. It was good. Sandwich tasty; bisque as well. If I just got the sandwich I would have been disappointed in size. Place was empty for Saturday lunch but well maintained inside. It fitted the bill for something different as we don’t have this chain in FL. Wouldn’t go back however. Price vs portion isn’t there.

I came in during lunch rush to order soup. I took a quick break from work to grab a quick bite. I had an issue with the packaging of my soup (spilled everywhere!) and was able to call the store and speak with Keke. She was very apologetic and offered to have another cup of soup delivered to my job across the street! THANK YOU for being so understanding and helping a sick lady out! Keep up the good work!

The cafe’s appearance is nice. The food was average at best. The pizza makesme think of a frozen pizza from a supermarket. The salad was so drenched that my wife was unable to finish it.

This location has really gone downhill in the last year or 2. Food quality and service is not good. I’ve driven by this location during the week and on the weekend, and sometimes they will have closed before 8 o’clock. What restaurant closes at 8:00? Every other News location stays open until 9.

I think Newks is fine. It’s not a bad place, just not my first choice for lunch. It’s a good chain restaurant that makes good lunch food. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly. Not a bad lunch spot.
