I eat here often but hadn’t ordered “take out” until today. Really glad I didn’t put the box of pizza on the upholstery of my car…the grease instead, ruined my clothes. It’s almost like they rushed through the rest of the order as well. Pasta salad wasn’t the same as dine in…no bell peppers or dressing, just pasta and carrots, very bland. Trashed it. Sandwich wasn’t as good either. I won’t be ordering out anymore, which is too bad. They’re losing my money.

Tried ordering online the other day for lunch and it was a disaster. When I got there to pick up my order, it seemed like they were in chaos as the person didn’t know where my order was. When she finally brought me my order, they didn’t provide me with a drink up as I had ordered so that was another fiasco. She didn’t even check the ticket to see if I had already paid ahead and confronted me like I needed to pay and I told her I had already paid online. Last kicker was when I got back to my office, I didn’t have all of what I ordered and at that point didn’t have time to go back and argue to get what I paid for (shame on me for not checking my order before I left). Not a good look for this restaurant as I won’t be back.

Really disappointed in both Newk’s locations in NWA. We stopped going to the Rogers location months ago due to really poor service (including being told 20 minutes after ordering that what I’d ordered wasn’t available) but now we are reconsidering pick-up orders from Fayetteville. My Newks Q pizza (pic) had no jalapeños and my wife’s custom pizza had no red onions. We may have to stick with dine-in for now

Well, i have to say this is not the first time this location has had issues. This trip, I ordered a Mediterranean Pizza. When i received it, it was soggy with too much cheese. Tasted like a cheese pizza . I ended up throwing most of it away. I feel like they must be training……I also wanted to order the lemon cake they had advertised at the register, but was told they didnt have any. The sweet tea was fresh and their signature plastic cup was cute.

Food is good as long as you eat in. Seems like every time we get to go salads they put the end bits of every vegetable into the salad and it’s not good. If we eat in, the salads are fresh and full. The folks inside are nice and helpful. The bathrooms are kind of rough, a bit smelly.

Josephs was working on Wed June 14, he took our order, offered suggestions, and even made the effort to check a menu item’s ingredient for us. After we were served, he checked on us several times, asked us about our meals and service, and made the effort to ensure we were happy customers. We noticed how hard he was working taking care of multiple customers at the same time and before we left, he stopped by to see if there was anything else we needed. I have always been a fan of Newks. I ordered some lunch at late hour through a reputed food delivery service. The food was packed nicely but everything was cold! The loaded potato soup was very mediocre. The Italian sandwich was also not too good. The layered cake was the best amongst everything in this order. Usually I love salad or sandwich from Newks, but this time it was not up to the mark.
