We came here after going to the little beach in the area. I was so looking forward to having a chicken salad sandwich. They no longer carry it, so disappointed. Prices have gone up quite a bit, and we probably won’t be back since we can get more options and better quality food for the same price.

For me it was more like 2 and a half. The wait staff was a disaster when we arrived and they were all arguing over tables before seating us. Only 1 of the 3 had a decent attitude. The food is ok, the ice cream is average as well. Glad to have gone for nostalgia but won’t be returning. Too many other options in the area

Anthony was our server. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and what could be done for those with food allergies. We were a group of sixteen and he handled us by himself. He had a great attitude about it.

Ok. I’ve been twice with 2 very drastic results. First time, the service was so bad and the staff was so rude to my special needs son, that I had to get up and leave because I was going to hit someone. Second time, I used the window for ice cream late at night and the service was cool, all smiles, and a very generous portion. Loved the toppings. I got peanut butter sauce and butterfinger and the lady went overboard. I want another one but am afraid of the rude staff. BTW, the nice lady was older, like 50, the rude staff looked like 18-20. That might be the diference.

I’d like to start by saying that I first came to the Creamery as a kid. My parents used to come here for date night in high school in 1959. The meals that I’ve had at different locations number in the hundreds, many hundreds. One thing that was a constant was a cup of coffee or whatever drink you were having when you were seated. On this occasion, and sadly the previous visit which I didn’t review because everyone has a bad day, we were seated for at least 10 minutes and had to interrupt a random employee to get our servers attention. When we did she took our drink order. When our server finally arrived, she took our food order. 35 minutes later our food arrived, once again after asking another staff person passing by. I hope it’s not all locations, but I’m done with this one, despite the 64 year family history. And, i forgot to mention, it was NOT busy.

Waited over an hour and a half for a grilled cheese, two Sundays and a root beer float… Then my check was almost 65$…. All to just wait till the end to tell me they had no bananas and couldn’t make my Sunday. I waited all that time to get absolutely nothing. This poor waitress was working the floor for the first night and had absolutely no help. They should be working with her and training her. Management is totally at fault for the underdevelopment of their team and it shows greatly. Not to add I didn’t get compensated for anything and when management reran my check it was only supposed to be 30$. Worst experience ever. Management needs training ASAP.

If your looking to go out for ice cream with your family be willing to wait over 30 minutes to actually have someone seat you then another 30 minutes to have someone come to your table to ask for your order. Definitely needs some Managment!
