Complete change today. No more salt and pepper on the tables. Had to get up from work napkins food did not taste right we had chicken wings and a shaved ribeye. Tastes like something was wrong with the grease used with the french fries or to cook the shave ribeye in enormous role for the shaved ribeye with less ribeye made it seem like all the sudden they were going to start cutting back we understand this but you should not change your quality of your food. Hope you’re not turning into a fast food restaurant

Nothing but friendly kids work here. The food is the best Burgess has to offer. Price is slightly higher than it should (most likely due to covid) but they at least don’t have such a traditional menu. It tastes more like home cooking than the other places in a 40 mile radius.

Excellent food and service! We used them recently for a surprise 90th birthday party for my grandma who lives in Reedville, VA. We ordered the finger-foods package and they did not disappoint. There was something for everyone from little kids to seniors. We enjoyed the most delicious chicken salad sandwiches (my favorite), other finger sandwiches, crab balls, twice baked potatoes(mmmmmmm), chicken and veggie skewers, chicken nuggets, deviled eggs, fresh cut fruit and vegetables and more. SO yummy! The portions were generous and we had plenty of left overs to enjoy for the rest of the week. Thanks to all the good folks at Newsomes for doing the hard work for us. You really helped us to make this party happen!
