Newton Pho is a delightful restaurant nestled in Cortaro Ranch. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find a flavorful veggie broth option. The vegetarian pho with fried tofu in the large size was a good combo that left full but not weighed down. For meat lovers, their beef broth is satisfyingly rich & aromatic with just the right amount of onions.

Grand Opening day had a huge rush of customers, so we went later around 8pm to avoid delays. We got seated immediately and put our order in 10 minutes later. Food only took about 15 minutes to arrive. It was a much different experience compared to what the patrons described during rush hour. Atmosphere was pleasant and we thought the Isaac Newton theme was quirky. Tin cups and metal bowls were also different than the typical Vietnamese family-owned restaurant, but we found this change pretty refreshing.

This has to be the best pho place in Tucson. I tried the tofu pho, which comes with beef, broth and vegetables, my mom tried the shrimp pho, which was amazing, and my boyfriend tried at number 10 which was the spicy meat pho, which definitely caught his mouth on fire, we ordered takeout and it’s really neat how they do the takeout containers they put the vegetables and the toppings on top, separated by the broth on the bottom. When you order takeout there is only one size. It’s reasonably priced as I understand prices are going higher so you can expect to pay between 13 and $15. However, the seasoning and what you get to include bean sprouts, cilantro, vegetables, and the beef broth has so much flavor is well worth it. They even packaged the bean sprouts in a plastic baggie to separate everything. They literally just opened a month or two ago so they don’t offer delivery or curbside just yet but you can call ahead for takeout or eat in the restaurant if you eat in the restaurant, they have really cool metal bowls with sizes you can pick for your food the staff is very attentive and I welcome the dining experience. Can’t wait to try it next time.

Yesterday was the first time me and my family tried this place and it’s absolutely beautiful on the inside and clean and well maintained. This pho shop has amazing customer service, and it’s reasonably priced. We asked for fish sauce and they brought some to our table in a timely manner. The dumplings were absolutely delicious, the dumplings were super crispy. The pho was delicious and flavorful. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will definitely be back.

We had a group of 6, the service was beyond great I felt like family, if they didn’t have something they tried to accommodate it or go above and beyond. The food was delicious….if I had to say one bad thing it would be the seats are kinda small for us big butted Americans lol all in all it was a fun, joyful experience.

2nd visit, both have been great food is excellent wish I’d taken more photos. First visit we had spring roles, the fried rice, and beef flank noodle soup. 2nd visit fried wontons, chicken breast noodle and seafood noodle soup. This was a lot of food for 2 people but worth it.
