My goal is to explore San Luis Obispo and find the hidden gems that focus on quality food and delightful atmosphere. I really scored this morning when I had my meal at Nourish! Very cozy atmosphere greeted me – sophisticated European simplicity. Small yet delightful choices on the menu that included gluten-free options and fresh fruits and vegetables. I was told the egg sandwich was popular, so that was my order. Delicious! Although they did not have gluten-free bread available, this morning, they offered a delightful naturally-fermented whole wheat bread that is locally made, right around the corner. Oh my! Delicious! And the bottle of water infused with fresh mint added additional benefits to the body and soul. Thank you!

I felt like I walked into a European cafe right in downtown SLO. It has patio seating. Monday – Friday service till 2 pm. Ijust had a WONDERFUL breakfast. It included a delicious fresh fruit salad of strawberries, blue berries, black berries and raspberries. I had a nourish bowl that included two eggs, a grain mixture with veggies, sprinkled with seeds and topped with an avocado! The presentation and flavor was so refreshing and satisfying.
