Got a tofu banh mi with no Mayo and it was so good! The gentleman who took our order was so nice and let us know they have beef and chicken flavored tofu. We got ours no Mayo (vegan) on traditional bread and their pickled veggies and fresh cilantro made me such a happy person. I LOVE Eden Center for its variety, vegan and non-vegan alike!

I was looking for a classic Bánh Mi and instead received a sandwich which was nothing of that sort. I ate the shredded pork with pickled cabbage. The cabbage was cold but so was the pork. The bread was overwhelming. No hoisin sauce. Food contains dairy. The entrance was wheelchair accessible but cramped. No quality seating. Restaurant offers take out only.

I got the thinner shredded pork and red meat pork banh mi and the quantity of meat was very small. The bread is decent and the price was $7 but I actually prefer other banh mi shops after trying it out here.

Spherical loaf that has a thick crunchy cross section beyond the first few millimeters: bread crumbs will coat the table and your clothes. Bread is the star. Meats are in the backseat. This might be a good course correction if always eat classic combination sandwich
