I work nearby and hands down my favorite spot for lunch. Red snapper, jerk and curry chicken are my favorites. Chicken and beef Pattie’s are , flakey, and authentic. Prices are excellent, and quality/taste of food is the best! Great service, this is a must try if you’re in the area.

I’m still full. Definitely worth going out of the way for. Cost efficient regarding upgrades in sizes, and these sauces are so good you can drink them. A spot to visit as soon as you get off the Amtrak in Wilmington, then can have on the riverfront!

So I went back to service which is much better today. The food is still great and I gave kudos to the chef. Maybe it was a bad day when I went, but today was a much better day and I highly recommend this place.

First off the workers don’t greet you. The worker’s attitudes are horrible. The foooooooood was very nasty no taste at all . Oxtail you get 4 pieces for a large with nothing but fat on them. Sauce taste like gravy from the jar, the greens no taste at all hair was in my food… I literally dumped it in the trash!!!!!!!

I usually get the jerk or curry chicken with white rice or rice & peas with cabbage. Both are always delicious. The most recent time I went the cabbage wasn’t as good as usual, but still not bad. The servings are always plentiful and worth the money you spend. Only complaint was them not being open on time, but I’m not sure if that’s a regular occurrence or not. This was my first time going so close to opening.
