This was our first time here and it was really good! The restaurant is nice and most importantly, cool inside! The food came quickly and it was delicious. The sweet tea is really good and the service was great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 2 plates was around $50. The portions are very much worth the price.

First time at this location. I really liked the picture windows and patio. The staff is very friendly. The food and service were great. We ordered the following plates: the three amigos, flautas, chicken puffy tacos, crispy tacos, and children’s cheese enchiladas. The drinks were awesome. I got to try their chamango margarita. Our experience altogether was great, definitely recommend.

First time eating here and definitely not the last time. The service and food was great and not crowded. I think that will change once word gets out how fantastic this place is. The Tortilla Chips were amazing. Light and crispy like eating a Lay’s Potato Chip and Tortilla at the same time. Fabulous Patio and perfect to celebrate Fiesta without the stress of the crowds.

It was delicious, came here on a cheat day had the 2 cheese enchiladas in a red sauce, rice and refried beans, puffy taco and refried bean cheese tostada! My friend got the deep fried burrito plenty of food to share! Tortillas were soft hot and delicious! They bring salsa and chips to the table! That sauce has a kick and delicious and fresh! They had a great singer there that night! Had prickly pear drink and some margaritas were delicious and refreshing because it was about 108 degrees that day! My other friend got chicken enchiladas with green sauce it looked amazing! Breakfast is great here also! But we went more in the evening! Great for entertaining company! I will come here in the fall to sit outside. Also ordered the empanadas as an appetizer! Hot fresh and delicious

Our server, Jose Garcia, provided excellent service and had a great attitude. This was our first time at this location, and we really enjoyed the pleasant ambience. The food was good and the drinks were consistently high quality. In addition to the great views of the planes descending outside, there was also an indoor dining area available for those who are sensitive to noise. What’s more, Nichas offers reasonable prices in comparison to other local restaurants. So whether you’re looking to have a family dinner, celebrate a special occasion, or have a romantic date night, you really can’t go wrong with Nichas.

Ok, so…I can be somewhat picky when it comes to Mexican food. I grew up by the border in South Texas so, there a particular Mexican food style I prefer. I ha e alsi lived and worked in 15 states and 35 cities across the US.

Food and drinks were great. The only thing I didn’t like was that when 10pm came around we were rushed to order drinks because they were closing the bar down. If you have happy hour between 9pm-11pm why close the bar at 10? It would be a great place to come have drinks for reverse happy hour Friday and Saturday night if they kept the bar open until 11pm.

So excited about this location opening up. The weather was perfect for sitting on the patio (little noisy due to being in the flight path for the airport, but bearable). Food was solid. Good michelada! Will definitely go again to try the buffet.

If you not yet been to the new Nicha’s Comida Mexicana on West Ave, I highly recommend it and especially the Brunch Buffet on weekends. It is $13.95 and has a wide selection such as menudo, barbacoa, carne guisada, carne asada, enchiladas, flautas and much more. All were delicious! My advice is to arrive about 10:30 so that you can take advantage of the breakfast as well as the lunch items that come out at 11:00. I believe the brunch hours are 9:00am – 2:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays but check their website to be sure. As well, my server Jose was simply amazing and so attentive. All of the staff I encountered today were, but he was excellent and is so happy and upbeat you may even catch him singing ! Oh, and did I mention free chips and salsa and sometimes even queso ! I also bought their tumbler because it was cute and it will give me .99 refills on my future visits ! Highly recommend !
