Went here at 3 in afternoon to pick up a some wings and a Stromboli for later. Well now its later. Is this what it’s supposed to look like? Hope not. The wings were big but overcooked and barely sauced. Next time I’m at the hotel I’ll get pizza hut. Never thought I’d say that….

This place was great when it originally opened but now every time we order the wait time is off and we end up going home with cold food due to one item not being ready in time. Today we ordered and went to the restaurant when we were told it would be ready. The kid at the register gave us our order and said the pizza would be right out, but it took 10 mins after that. So clearly they just put it in right before we got there. He did not keep our other food under the warmer, so the rest was cold. I could understand if they were busy, but the kid and all the cooks were standing around talking with their hands in their pockets!!! Our pizza was the only one in the oven. Unacceptable, and this was not the first time this happened. We love the food but since the poor service continues we will be going elsewhere.

I’ve been taking my family here since late summer when the Rita’s side was the only part open. The staff are always friendly and provide great service. They have a sizeable selection of ice and custard flavors, sometimes more than other locations. And the best part is that they are the only year round Rita’s in the area!
