Turkey Club was absolutely five stars! The fries were perfect too btw, but I had to minus a star for that flattened mushy pickle. It looked like someone might have sat on the pickle or something. The kid behind the counter was great and the other employees were friendly. But man, look at that pickle, like seriously man—- what happened ?!?!

I’m writing this with you for the many times I’ve ordered from this place if you want good food that actually taste good I would order from here out of all the places I’ve ordered in Lynn for pizza this would have to be the best spot they have the best combinations, they’re very creative overall with their food. Every time I place an order people are actually very respectful and they’re down to earth I recommend this place.

Whoever was working Friday may 5th answering the phones, I just have one question. Is this your first job? Or are you just a terribly rude person??? I called to place a pickup order, and as soon as I was done she instructed me to call back because she didn’t know how to place the order. I asked her to pass me along to someone who did and she hung up on me. After calling back SEVEN times, each time I would start to say “can I place” and get hung up on. Finally I got through to a male and he took my order. I get to the restaurant there are two girls at the counter and both smirk when I asked if everything was ok with their phone lines. I explained the situation and got blank eyes. I asked to see a manager and they shrugged and said “he’s not here” literally whoever is running this establishment should take a hard look at the people they have representing their business. I won’t be coming back. Also food is mediocre and overpriced anyway so no big loss. If I could give zero starts I would. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered for delivery. Only complaint is how they send the juicy Mac and cheese. They wrapped it in tinfoil. What a mess. Everything else was fine.

I ordered chicken parmesan entree with spaghetti. The spaghetti was cut in half for some reason and was over cooked to a point, where it was melting in my mouth. Which is not a pleasant texture for pasta. The chicken parm was served with little sauce and soggy cutlet.

I am furious right now because i am a manager at a restaurant and I would never treat my guests badly. I ordered from Nicks in Lynn. I ordered a Haddock plate and a chicken wrap for delivery. When my food arrived on time I tipped the driver and proceeded to the kitchen table. When I opened the plate I was very distraught at what I was seeing. I am not one to complain because I know how it is to work in a kitchen but I just could not understand how a business would ever allow such a disgraceful , pitiful display of food to be sold to anyone. There was no fish just hard breader . I called back to let them know what my problem was and the gentleman on the phone refused to give me his name. The manager was not polite and had no regard for any type of hospitality to his potential long lasting customer. I will starve to death before I give this business any more of my money. As a manager I can’t even fathom the idea of not making sure my guests experience is absolutely the best. This place needs a whole new training in Hospitality and guests relations.
