I always liked nicks. But these last couple times I was calling to order food they are super impatient with the order. Like yes I have 6 things I need to order because I have 6 people in my family so please yes let me order more food… like not “ok your total…” like wait I got more stuff I need. I don’t know. I personally just love nicks , but not the rushy service counter associate.

Yes that is correct, 5stars! Do me a solid call them and order the party pizza. Its 25 pieces of hot,cheesy, the best crispy crust I’ve ever come across, and at little over a buck a slice, it’s a no-brainer. I ordered a turkey club and a BLT club. The bread on the turkey club had been stale for a while and was rock hard. Neither club had any mayonnaise. They were both served dry. The bacon was under cooked. When I called about the fries we didn’t receive I was insulted by the manager and asked if I could count and add. Between the worst sandwiches my friend and I have ever been served and the insulting and ignorant way in which I was treated when trying to resolve the matter,which wasn’t, I had to hang up. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy let alone a friend. Do your self a favor try somewhere else.

we ordered 15 garlic parm wings which they said would be a 30- 45 minute delivery time. An hour later they delivered Buffalo wings. We called the store to tell them and they said this is how the garlic parm wings are. Never have I ever had red spicy garlic parm (mind you there was no garlic or Parm) . They told us new wings would be another hour long wait and all he offered to do was put the same sauce on the side and take back the ones they left . Never even offered a refund. Won’t be coming back.

Absolute worst service ever.. Our family placed an order for delivery and we were told 30-40 minutes. We called after 55 minutes to inquire about the delivery. Passed from one person to another and they told me it wasn’t an hour. The order was wrong when it arrived 1hr and 5 minutes later.

The old broad with the mustache has the worst attitude i’ve ever delt with in customer service. Usually the younger blonde girl or young boy with a beard help me and they’re always pleasant. Not this lady. She was extremely rude to me and it’s because of her that I will never being going back here. She needs to be fired. Women should not have facial hair.
