I got a lot of food for a party that cost me $90. I deserve to have good quality food because I spent that amount of money. Also may I mention I got two calzones. The guy who delivered my food, was absolutely horrible. I was handing him money and he wasn’t telling me the exact price. He also didn’t give me my change back. I deserve to get good quality am I wrong? I’m gonna be completely honest the onion rings I got a couple days ago. Tasted absolutely dry and terrible. I I do not recommend ordering from nicks place.

We ordered two subs a hot pastrami bomb, and an eggplant parm sub. The girl could not understand me and I could not understand her over the phone. We finally talked to someone else and got it straightened out or so I thought, when I got there, they had the hot pastrami bomb and a meatball sub. Instead. I told him that it was wrong. We did not order that and that it was supposed to be a eggplant Parm sub. They apologized. Made a eggplant Parm sub I paid for everything did not get a receipt unfortunately come to find out when I just checked my credit card they charged me for all three. Between the audacity For charging me for all three and the lack of communication I think I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Nicks is solid. Huge menu and some things are definitely better than others. Roast beef, hot subs, salads, and apps are great, pizza and cold subs are just ok. Service is very friendly and quick. They deliver, get the order right, and are pretty consistent making them one of the better takeout/delivery places in town.

First time trying them and we were very pleased. There’s a Nick place in Lawrence and I hoped the NR location was just as good. They did not disappoint! Cheeseburgers were delicious, pastrami sub meat was spot on flavor wise, meat was chopped up nice and not all “tendony”. Steak Cesar salad was excellent, croutons weren’t stale, steak tips were marinated and cooked to perfection not chewy at all. Will definitely order from them again.

Disappointing to say the least as we live close by and want this place to be good. The cheese pizza was soggy and underwhelming. The chicken kabob salad sadly missed the mark too. Paid extra for feta cheese and it definitely wasn’t feta. The “feta” cheese resembled a previously frozen pizza cheese that falls off your frozen pizza before cooking. For the price, you can find much better in the area.

The NICEST staff! The food I have had from here has been great and plentiful! I love the chicken kabob salad with Feta. TONS of chicken and Feta. The roast beef is really good too. I haven’t tried anything else but am looking forward to it.
