Food was tasty and everyone got a good portion. Got the reuben, and it was absolutely delicious. The saurkraut was pretty mild and could have used a little bit more of a punch, but that’s just my personal taste. My grandma got the cuban and loved it. Grandpa got a smokey burger and I was surprised there was any left over from the way he was scarfing it down. Wait staff were pleasant. They were training a new staff member who was on top of everything (refills, boxes, she even noticed when we were having trouble reading the specials and came and reread them for us) aside from a tiny slip up of forgetting a pen with the check, which was practically a non-issue. Will definitely be back!

Group of 4 of us ate here mid June 2023. Food was very good. I had the Reuben and liked it a lot. One person had the gumbo and pronounced it “delicious”. The other two had the perch lunch and raved how tasty it was. Very unique building with tin ceilings and other details. I recommend this place!

We tend to have early dinner at Nicky’s a few times a month. It is always fresh and tasty. You can still get a Friday perch plate or sandwich there. My wife had Walleye tacos which she said were great at our last outing.

Very nicely decorated with booths on the side, old brick walls and ornate wood features. Great food and friendly service. We will be back. One of the owners stopped by to chat and ask how everything was. The Christmas decorations are up now and are very nice.
