First time ordering from Night Owl Pizza & this definitely will not be our last!! The pizzas aren’t as “doughy” as the regular chain restaurants which is a plus & reminds us of NY style pizzas. The hot wings were perrrrfect. Everything tasted fresh & like it was prepared carefully. Love it.

I’ve ordered from here many times and know that there is always long wait. Tonight I ordered a Stromboli delivered and it was completely raw dough. The outside looked nice and toasty but the inside was so raw you could play with it like putty.

I ordered a pizza and waited 1 and 1/2hrs and the drive had no idea where he was going !!!!!!!! Wow I’m impressed the owner just contacted me at 1215 am. And was a great guy!!! I explained what happened and he showed real concern about their customers!!!! I’m going give them another chance and I’m pretty sure now that the owner now’s what’s going on things THE FOOD WILL BE GREAT AS HOPED!! I LIVE FAMILY BUSINESS THEY MAKE ARE WORLD GO AROUND!!!! Placed an order and was double charged. Have called multiple times and keep getting the runaround. First wait a couple of days to see if the charge posts to my account. Then I have to call back after 10pm to talk to the manager. Then the manager tells me I need to call back in a week because the finance guy is the only one that can refund it. Extremely irresponsible for a company to not be able to issue refunds when their ordering system makes mistakes.

I love NightOwl Pizza Kennesaw! These guys know what they are doing in the kitchen. I have ordered delivery as well as pick up my food, and the food is always fresh! I have so many favorites. The pizza is hands down the best in town! Calzones are to die for! There pasta is so freaking good! How can I forget the salads? Super fresh. Ben, Ish and Sam you guys are amazing! Thank you for always serving great food and having such great customer service! I will forever be a customer. 🙂

I order a lot from here because it’s always good and they deliver late and no one else does. But tonightI orders and I met Hannah outside the delivery person and I handed her the money. What I thought was a 20 and a 10. I can’t see well and what I thought was a 10 was actually a 100 dollar bill. And I told her to keep the change. The order was 24.11. I went to walk away and she said are you sure and I said yes and she she said Miss this is a hundred dollar bill. She handed it to me. I would have never noticed until I counted my money later and I couldn’t have been upset if she hadn’t of gave it back to me. I told her 2 times I was sure and she still was honest. And gave it back. I gave her a 25.00 tip. Her honesty was worth a lot more than that to me. If I could have afforded it I would have let her kept the 100. What a great employee and the food was excellent as always. Highly recommend them.

Always disappointed in their food. The last thing I ate was chicken parmesan and if you are a fan of chicken parmesan do not order it here. You’ll get a bowl of ziti that does not have enough sauce red evenly and instead of a chicken patty you’ll have the tiniest bits of chicken that you have to search for in your big bowl of pasta. Not very flavorful either. This is a last resort when everything else is closed because they’re open until 4am.
