Tasty and hearty. Pizzas have a fair amount of toppings so it is a pizza and not lightly topped open face dough. Always friendly service and fresh ingredients. Love the garlic bread too. Baked or take ‘n’ bake, always good.

This place slaps harder than your mom on taco Tuesday night. You will be greeted by the most chill servers in Reno. If you’re looking for good pizza and are worried about the reviews don’t worry they are from gays and Karen’s. 5 stars to this magnificent facility!

I placed a phone order on 3/24 at 1:15pm. I was told I could pick it up in 25 minutes an employee. My order consisted of a take-and-bake XL pizza. I arrived 30-minutes later and the only employee(same one that answered the phone) working had no idea that I’d placed an order since he never written it down. This employee didn’t acknowledge me or come to the cash register for about 5+ minutes, then he begrudgingly said “whatchu want”. After jogging his memory by repeating my order a few times (and showing him my call log on my phone) he finally believed me that I had ordered. After waiting another twenty minutes, he finally got around to making my pizza. He did not use gloves to make my order or on the two orders that he bumped ahead of mine. The employee was in his late 40s or early 50s with a mustache, also wearing a SnapBack hat without a hairnet. The health department needs to visit this place.

Used to be great. But every time I order, no matter if I order 2 hours ahead of time is my pizza ready on time. They definitely focus on making the take and bake over the cooked pizza. I miss the old owner, and when this place actually was ran correctly (Bring back Alyssa). It’s disgusting to be sitting in view of the parking lot and watch the new owner pull up in his Rivian truck and carry things in. He then did not wash his hands at all, and started touching the food and making orders. So upsetting…. This was my favorite pizza place, and it’s really gone down hill.

The employees where very nice. I celebrated my sons 12th birthday with them very accommodating and helpful. The pizza was definitely delicious and the wings as well. I love the hand soap in the bathroom lol apple my favorite. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere over all very happy. It was our first time going and definitely not our last.

We tried them for the first time today. Called and the phone was answered “hello”. Wasn’t sure if they were a business. We ordered the Low Down pizza. Basically a Hawaiian with mandarin oranges also. We were told 45 minutes. We waited an hour and 15 and got home with just a Hawaiian with no oranges. We won’t be back.
