Everything was great except the pasta was a little bland and and there wasn’t much flavor. It was like watered down Alfredo sauce. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do that but the new chef needs to kick it up a notch. Please don’t let this review detour you from going to this place because they are very good and the atmosphere and service is always excellent. Just needed to make that point. Would have gave it. 4.5 stars!

What a pleasant surprise. As a chef, I am a bit critical of the food I receive but this restaurant didn’t disappoint. The appetizers are decent but you can get them anywhere. The gem of this restaurant is the main dishes and the salads. I upgraded my dinner salad to an antipasti for $5 and Wow. One of the best I’ve ever had. An absolutely perfect salad. And the main courses were equally amazing. What a gem on Rosemead in Pasadena. Highly recommended
