It was a good experience but the online menu food that is offered and the prices need updated Asap..I drove to Nikki’s after looking at the menu and when I got there the prices were all different and the fish I wanted wasn’t even available anymore! Don’t go to this place late because the sides you might want will more than likely be gone! Food was great! The Cabbage and Greens were out of this world! Make sure you order ahead because there I’ll be a wait more than likely.

The food here is excellent however the customer service is HORRIBLE! Rude and nasty as well as disrespectful. My order came up to 23.95 I gave the child at the register 25$ she gave me back 1$ when I asked about my nickel she had the audacity to say “She ain’t got no nickels” smh well I should’ve been informed that prior to this ignorant kid just keeping my currency. It’s not the 5cents it’s her nasty disrespectful rude attitude. Don’t just think it’s ok to keep peoples change because her service wasn’t even worth tht nickel she stole!!!! Sorry Nikki it’s a wrap!! I will never return! Tht child is lucky I let all tht nonsense she just pulled slide!!!! However mess like that hurts the business owner and unfortunately I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE BECAUSE OF THT IGNORANT KID AT THE REGISTER SMH!!
