This was the first Hibachi grill I’ve ever been to, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but it was phenomenal. The staff were excellent, the server was kind and timely, and the chef that made our food did a fantastic job. It was so interesting to watch him cook right in front of us. The food was delicious. The steak was cooked just how i like it, the fried rice was so flavorful, and the scallops were very high quality. This was my birthday dinner and they sang happy birthday to me and gave me a free dish of ice cream. I would highly recommend Nikko!!

Pay attn to the hidden cost here 2.50 to fry your rice, 3 dollars for extra rice but everyone at the table got the same ratio of rice, 3 dollars for only broccoli so because I took out the onions and peppers the charged extra… I am not one to complain on price but when I’m paying a whole check for people these hidden fees should not be found out at the end… I would never go back to this place ever I’ll stick to house of kobe or aki… no idea why people go to this establishment

We always enjoy our trips to Nikko. The hibachi chefs are super entertaining and the food is always delicious. My only issue is with the host staff. We are rarely greeted with a smile and often made to feel like we are a nuisance for being there. However, I don’t go there for the interaction with the host/hostess so I only dinged them one star.

I wasn’t overly impressed with this restaurant. I ate here awhile ago and it seemed better on that visit. This time it seemed poorly coordinated and there was about 4 people who was at the front complaining of waiting over 1 hour for there call in to go orders. We dined in and waited a long while on the food and when it did finally come out it tasted very bland and not flavorful. I probably won’t visit here anymore as there is just so many other Japanese restaurants that have faster service and better quality food. Final words it’s an ok restaurant but for the price of the food it should have a better taste and better service.
