Had an amazing, hot and fresh lunch! The service was on point, lovely smiles as I was greeted soon as I entered the restaurant from the sweet cashier, Alexandra. Just got off the plane and my family took me to this place for some pizza. Ordered the pepperoni and cheese pizza slice and a drink. They have sliced up semi cooked cheese pizza and they add toppings and bake the slices to a finish. The pizza had a nice slightly chewy texture for the crust. The sauce was a nice texture of tomato sauce but was lacking in any spices. The cheese was nicely cooked to the right consistency. The pepperoni was just slightly cooked for my taste. Overall it’s okay pizza. There is a lot better out there.

I made an online order today for pickup the application said it was going to be ready at 4:25 I got to the place at 4:28 waited a few minutes for the chasier to come to the front and attend me I told her a placed an online order and gave my information she said that the neither one of the two pizzas were ready so I ask her how much longer for my order to be ready she goes and ask the cook and he says 25 minutes beacuase he hasn’t started making them and that he is not flash with an attitude that he has more orders to do bye the way there was only one customer eati g there. I told him that I’m going by what the online order time is telling me when the order supposed to be ready. This idiot has an attitude problem he is not a professional and looks like he doesn’t like his job, he should quite . Management needs to address this employee about treating customers with respect and also verify the online application that gives you and accurate time to pick up the orders. I will never order from this place again and will let everyone know how they treat customers .

I called at 12:50 with sign language interpreter. They hung up on me. I called again and want to place my order. I placed my order at 12:50. It is now 1:23 and they said it will be ready in 20 minutes. It already 33 minutes even I tipped them before I got my order. Being discriminated by my sign language interpreter on the phone call which is they hung up on me and that show a form of discrimination. Employees need to be educated how to provide accommodation with people who have disability should not experienced this negative impact experience. Manager, please train them accordingly and learn more about video relay interpreter when they are interpreting from sign language to voice. Mama Ramos and pizza Lou has no problem accommodating me or other people who is deaf and hard of hearing. This is second time I’m being challenged and faced this barrier by Nina Pizza.

Great pizza! Lasagna was good. Nice dining experience. Very clean, modern yet cozy. They have TVs here with children and family movies playing! Kids loved that. Staff was friendly. Will be coming back.

At the moment the tastiest pizza I’ve ever had. If You want pizza and you are tired of bland and boring flavor this is your place. Got the meat lovers and half cheese. The crust the ingredients I mean everything is amazing of it. Totally recommend it! Best pizza in bvl area! Guaranteed

Do not order food from here!!! Not only did the calzone taste old and disgusting but my quesitos had mold on them. When I called the the pizza place to advise them the girl who answered the phone laughed at the situation. Nothing was resolved other then laughing and being told at the end to bring them back to the store.

Alexandra and Christian are the two best workers I’ve met in that store and deserve raises for #1 their customer service and their productivity they are always caring and always talk to me and always have good conversation plus their food!!!!! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it’s all so great and tasty and everything is supper clean in there and I never feel uncomfortable or dirty while eating there I come almost everyday day and it’s the same beautiful interactions everytime I highly recommend eating here and and talking to everyone!!!
