This is the best place for Chinese especially in terms of flavor . Everything they make is better than any other place in town . Portion sizes are just as big if not bigger than most places . When they say something is spicy it actually is and if you really want hot I suggest the spicy beef because it’s the real deal spicy . That and the king pao chicken can’t be beat anywhere else ! If you actually enjoy flavor and prefer to taste something that’s not like your basic Chinese place this is the place . If you call your order in you’ll probably save more money and won’t need to complain about up charges and prices that 3rd party websites charge. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 -20 minutes and I’ve never had bad service in the past 8 years .

If I could of given zero stars I would have. My dogs could of done a better job. Chicken wings and French fries as simple as that sounds they ruined it. They burned both the chicken wings and French fries and couldn’t follow instructions for preparation (chop up the wings). The oil coming from the order was dark brown showing that the oil was dirty. Then the Szechuan mushrooms are extremely oily I requested Szechuan mushrooms not the aftermath of an oil change. This was the first and last time ordering from this establishment. It was disgusting.

We had Nine Dragons delivered to us tonight and we were highly disappointed. The portion sizes compared to what they charge is shockingly small…literally kid sized portions. They up-charged for the pork fried rice but the portion was so small that our 7 year old was still hungry after he ate. The egg drop soup had no flavor and tasted like they just put egg in water and called it soup. They charged $2.99 for ONE spring roll when any other Chinese restaurant gives you two. This place is a complete rip off and we will not be wasting our money here again.

Ragoons did not come with sweet and sour sauce as per usual, they were also stale and overcooked. There is a two dollar up charge for a very mediocre pork fried rice and the portion was very small for the price. We asked for utensils but did not receive them. They charge two dollars for yum yum sauce, but it’s a very small container for the price point. The quality here is subpar or atleast below average, and the price point for the quality is an insult to the customer. This was the last time we order from Nine Dragons.

I always order food from here whenever I’m craving Chinese food because it’s usually so good. But I had a terrible experience with today’s visit. I walked in to order food for my family & the boy behind the window was so RUDE. After I ordered 1 of their lunch specials, he told me my total which was fine. I told him that I’m gonna order more, I asked if I could replace the fried rice for lo mein for one of the other lunch specials & he yelled, “Which one?!” He didn’t even answer my question. He just told me my total even though I was going to add more things… After his attitude, I just got the vibe that he didn’t want to be there, he didn’t want me to be there, & he didn’t want me to order more food for my family. They weren’t even busy because the place was empty once I walked in. The lady that handed me my food was so nice, however. Let her take orders & deal with the customers!

I recall, seeing an elderly lady, repairing what looked like chicken. However, she put the remaining pieces of what looked like chicken it was put in a grocery bag, balled up and thrown and be refrigerator or freezer. Adding insult to injury. My appetizer tasted, spoiled! Needless to say I have not been back.

I ordered the lunch special of pepper steak and general taio’s chicken. The lady who always answers the phone is very nice and poliet. She told me it would be 45m for delivery. The delivery driver came a lot quicker than that. The food was hot and fresh. The meat portion was low for my liking but still great option for lunch. I will come back and order from here again.

They are not giving fair service or consideration to their customers. They turned the entryway to the restaurant into a wooden box with a plexiglass window. No speaker so you can’t hear what they’re saying. Except the cost for your order. Numbers get spoken loud and clear. Your food comes through the wall into a wooden box. They drilled a slot in the plexiglass for you to insert your card into the machine. There is no way to people can be inside this boxed in entry and be more than two feet from each other. Essentially they are protecting themselves but not caring about the customer. You feel like you’re inside a pine box. I went there for lunch, not to feel like I was attending my own funeral.
