We came here because the hotpot nearby was full, and were surprised by our experience. Our waitress was amazing and really attentive. The Chinese lady and told us about her friend who went to a Taylor swift concert. So personable and warm. Immediately felt like an elder sister taking care of us. Probably the best service we’ve ever experienced. Gave us free ice cream in the end. We left excited for our next return.

K-Pot down the street was packed. We had no idea this place next to our old Retro Fitness Gym was taken over by a new hotpot/k-bar spot. We showed up and were seated immediately. Service was excellent and the staff is very kind. The food was outstanding. Very clean facility. We will be back. I give this place 5 stars all day.

This is our new favorite spot. We celebrated our anniversary here after a competitor had an hour and a half wait. Not only was this place better but so was the pricing! I was shocked how affordable the entire experience was. We will definitely be back!!

This Nine Ting restaurant is nice, clean, bright and BYOB!!!!! Unlike a noisy competitor nearby, this restaurant was pretty quiet and we didn’t feel rushed. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The robot roaming around was entertaining. Other than a slight language barrier, we enjoyed our meal.

Such a nice restaurant and experience! Great for a date, celebration or just catching up with friends. You can expand your horizons with minimal risk (it’s all you can eat!) or simply chow down on your absolute favorites or both!! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. You can ask them for cook times if you’re unsure! Also, Bella the roving robot/waitress/hostess is simply adorable. You have to check it out!
