Went with my mom and sister as soon as we walked in these two little white kids started laughing. For what reason I have no clue. Ruined the whole vibe decided to go to Goldsboro, better service better atmosphere, better workers, would never go to this particular one ever again.

I called and received a robotic prompt to receive a text to link me to a website to complete my order. I go to order bibimbop and it says adding vegetables was extra. So I call again and get the prompt to ask questions about my order. Instead of getting an employee ready to answer questions about their (new to me) online ordering system I get a guy asking what i want to order and my name. Then I’m able to order without using the online service. So I don’t think the employees are in the know of what their prompts say. If I’m now supposed to order online with extra steps why when I have question we just skip those steps. Wasting time for sure. Food is great bit service is confusing.

Tried to order ahead of time by calling. Was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. Came to place an order in person was told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. Mind you there was 5 employees there and the restaurant was empty!!

Extreamly disapoited, Ordered two Bulgogi Rice bowls to go. When I got home and opend them it it looked like someting a child put together. Tast was nasty, and the normal amount of veg that comes with it ,well it was not there. Asked for a salad and was told “oh sorry we dont have any.” This is not want I would had expected from any resturant that is part of “Jays”, to be honest if he does not address the problem then his employees will drag his name into the gutter. I will reather drive to Goldsboro next time and avoid the Mt. Olive location. Just look at the photos it is kinda like wet dog food poured over rice.

Tables stay dirty until you request them to be cleaned, watched a server spill white sauce on the floor and leave it for everyone to step in. 3 items were wrong. They allow you to use 1 of their 3 trash cans and it’s usually heaping full before anyone bothers removing it. IS there any management? Or only unmotivated individuals with terrible customer service?
