First time trying Ninja Ramen. Cute restaurant with nice tables in a comfortable atmosphere . As you enter everything looks clean and modern with a fresh feel to it. We decided to try a sampling of foods so we went with the pork, chicken , eel, and duck bao buns, plus the unadon donburi bowl, and the banana tempura. Was going to try one of their ramen bowls but will wait for a cooler day to eat hot broth. The food was very good and made fresh with quality fresh ingredients. Nice menu selections with a kind and helpful staff . Looking forward to trying one of their ramen bowls.

Came to this place last Friday after it was highly recommended by friends. The interior and service were good. BYOB is always a plus, but unfortunately, ramen broth came to the table almost cold. That is a big minus in my book. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, but the temperature made the whole soup taste mediocre.

We were really excited and eager to try this Ramen shop since it opened in Allentown, so we had high hopes for this visit. However, I was a bit disappointed because when the staff brought out the Ramen, they were just warm, not hot at all, and of course, that halved the taste of the Ramen. I have eaten Ramen in many restaurants, and Ramen is best when it comes out with hot soup. But unfortunately, my bowl of ramen noodles as well as those of 3 friends were warm, not hot. Talking about the soup, to me it has a moderate taste, neither too salty nor bland, but not to be called impressive, and maybe this soup will be a bit bland for many people. Therefore, I rate Ramen noodles 8/10. As for the Popcorn Shrimp, it was really bland even though they were drizzled with sauce (I rate this dish 7/10). However, the plus point is that the service staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic, I feel very happy because of their hospitality. I really hope the restaurant can improve the quality of this Ramen, and in my opinion, they need to make the soup hotter, and the Ramen will be perfect. I haven’t decided if I will come back next time or not, but I still hope that if I can come back, the noodles that day will be more perfect than the noodles of today’s visit.

This place is fairly new but packs a punch. Its small but really worth the experience. If you like ramen id say give it a try. The broth is flavorful and filling. Also give the bubble tea a try. The appetizers are good as well. We are definitely going back. It was a laid back atmosphere and the waiters did not hassel us.

I had an excellent time. I had the vegetarian Ramen and my brother had the beef Ramen. The vegetarian Ramen was better once I added their spicy oil sauce. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Every time we come here, the service is quick, polite and on point. The food is always wonderful and good quality and it is nice decor / atmosphere. This is my favorite ramen place in the area. Really good drink selection and the staff is very attentive & if you request they will wrap up your leftovers very nice. It also travels well for takeout. If you have not tried Ninja Ramen, you gotta! This is a regular trip I will make & it is a comfort food that I look forward to. They never disappoint at Ninja!! Thank you to the staff (especially tonight!) what a nice dining experience!

A growing trend in the Valley is restaurants that feature ramen. Today I started with Crispy Calamari that boasted a delicate, crisp coating over amazingly not too chewy calamari and mango sauce. For my entrée I opted for pork Black Garlic ramen which is not too heavy on the garlic with extra chasu pork and boiled egg because I just can’t get enough! Wonderful so far. For dessert the Red Bean Fried Ice cream was ok but the outside wasn’t crispy and was a bit doughy. On other occasions, I have enjoyed fluffy Bao Bao Buns, Harumaki and Tonkotsu that left me glad I came. Life is good!

Pretty good ramen place. Very good serving size for the price and the quality was solid. The staff was really friendly too. The bubble tea was overly sweet though and it can get really noisy inside even when it’s not busy.

Great food, nice environment, packaging etc, but the price is a bit steep especially for the portions given for certain foods. For example Popcorn Shrimp(my favorite) costs 10$, but when you open the box almost less than half of the box is filled leaving a lot of space and less shrimp, it gives the illusion of there being a lot but in reality the sauce that comes with it helps the lie. So if you like the shrimp and want to order extra like 30$ worth, expect to pay more and get less. Other than that nice place and I enjoyed trying something new.
