If I lived in Fremont, this would be the only sushi restaurant I’d ever go to. It’s perfect. I’ll come back here whenever I visit. Food is well prepared, and staff is very friendly. There is a lot of parking and it’s within walking distance of the hotels.

We moved here from So Cal where the sushi is really fresh and yummy. I couldn’t believe a sushi restaurant in Nebraska could possibly be good. I’m glad to say I as sooo wrong. The food is fresh and the choices are vast! Give it a try. If you aren’t a fish fan, they have hibachi and other non-fish items to pick from too. You will become a Ninja regular.

Food was generally good, however we had vegetarians in our group and they didn’t have any of our favorite vegetarian traditional Japanese items. Much more geared towards meat eaters(of course being in Fremont so dont hokd it against them). We eat a lot of Japanese food and we’re expecting something a little different with some tofu options. The miso soup needed salt and/or soy sauce is the only real negative. Staff was great, very helpful, and the atmosphere is nice.

Dinner and a show!!! We were visiting family and were very impressed by Ninja Sushi! Our hibachi chef was kind, thoughtful, and hilarious, and our waitress was great taking care of 16 people for drinks and apps. The food was delicious and the decor was really neat! Definitely recommend this if you have guest from out of town!

The food is excellent, always fresh but without the long wait. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is pretty but comfortable. We’ve visited several times and never had a bad experience. In addition to the delicious sushi, the edamame is particularly good, and the hibachi is great. I honestly don’t have a single complaint.
