Literally stopped here on my last leg of a 20 hr trip to use my Priority Pass benefit for a bottle of water. It’s 2pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was pretty empty and no one was in line. The cashier said, no we don’t take Priority Pass. Super annoying. If you don’t take it then why are you still listed on the Priority Pass website?

We needed to grab dinner before our flight and my husband wasn’t able to walk too far from our connecting gate. The menu looked good, so we started ordering. They were out of many items. We finally settled on a few items to share. The food was terrible. I couldn’t even finish it.

My guest and I very much enjoyed the breakfast bagel sandwiches…wonderful taste and texture to the bagel! Coffee was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and service was quick, but didn’t feel rushed to finish our meal. A nice atmosphere to escape the boarding area prior to our flight.

This is the WORST service I have ever experienced. Sat at the bar and the young guy wanted to take our order as soon as we sat down. When we asked questions, he didn’t know the answer. After 5 minutes of watching him and the female employee on their phones, we asked if someone wanted to take our order. They looked at each other and the female said to the male “you want to”?

I planned my airport agenda around the hours listed on google (5am – 10pm) for Ninth and Pike and they were still closed at 6:50am. Pretty bummed since I was excited to finally use priority pass for some benefits. Hopefully the correct hours are reflected next time.
