I never had this issue before but I’m never buying from this Nirchis again. I ordered 73 dollars worth of food for my boyfriend’s birthday, after 1 hours of never getting my food I called Nirchis to see the ETA of the driver. They said they would be here soon, cool. After 2 hours of the food not arriving, I’m annoyed and called them to see what’s going on and the driver claimed he came to my apartment, knocked and no one answered and then he called my phone and no one answered, and then he claimed he talked to my neighbor to confirm my address?? So instead of leaving the pizza I already paid for in front of my door (if he actually came) he decides to never deliver it. I demand a refund back and he said fine. I call back about 10 minutes later to ask which one of my neighbors he talked to and his story changes and he says he never talked to a neighbor. So he lied??? Anyways, I am still waiting for my refund. If I don’t get my money back I will update this review.

There are only two good Nerchis locations that I am aware of, this one in Conklin which is very good and the one in Vestal which is usually the best. All of their pizza tastes a little different depending on which one you go to. The one across from Broome community college is terrible, especially anything they make with ranch on it. Everything in Conklin is usually very good except for their taco pizza, which vestal makes better. The rest of the pizza here tastes very close to the pizza at their best location in Vestal.
