Over cooked food. Server was friendly but was busy socializing. Out of the $60 we spent there, my beer & breadstick was the best tasting. This was our first time there & probably won’t go back. We were expecting a great place based on the reviews. Even after telling the our server about the poor quality food, she didn’t even offer compensation. Very disappointing.

Nix Bar and Grill has the best food in the area! Their wait staff is amazing and Shelly the owner is an amazing person. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend the red eye burger and the brisket sandwich.

I have made this my regular place to go. Their food is excellent! I especially love their buffalo wings. Their prices are great. Their staff is awesome! They have put it all together to provide the greatest experience. I’ve been there many times and I too have experienced slow service but this is extremely rare and 99.9% of the time they are the best that is out there.

I have to say that this place has gone down hill…. I had a sirloin steak that was good, however the vegetables were like rubber. The mashed potatoes were extremely lumpy and cold. We also ordered Alfredo and it was rancid. They said it was the noodles. They did removed from our bill, thankfully. We had the salad bar which was very good. I also had a small tap beer, and to my suprise cost me $5.00. Now, when the bill came nothing was itemized, just the amount we owed was on it…that’s just wrong. As you probably already know….we won’t be back.

Stopped there on our way back from St. Cloud it was around 8:10th sat down ordered drinks, then ordered a burger as we always do. Finished our drink and waitress came to our table to tell us the kitchen had shut down there grill so we can’t get burger only deep fryed stuff. By this time it was 8:35.

This place is no longer nix and is now called Charlie’s. I have never eaten food there but the service was good but the beer selection is lacking considering the number of tap towers they have available. Hopefully the new owners can make this place live up to it’s potential.
