Local sandwich shop. Place is very small but food was excellent. They have a full menu, however when we went only a few things on the menu were available. Definitely recommend the dirty bird. I got the NM Philly, it was good, steak was tender, however I felt it was missing some type of sauce. You get your choice of salad, chips, or soup. We got the chips and salad. They were out of ranch but the Italian was still good. The restaurant is on the lower level floor of a larger building, so there is no parking lot, park near the double doors of the building entrance. Staff was very friendly, I would definitely go back when they had all options on the menu available!

Kept hearing about this place, so we decided to try it today. We went in for take out but it’s a cute place to sit and eat, very comfortable. The sandwiches we got were sooooo delicious! I’m so happy they lived up to their reputation. Glad to have a wonderful local place to frequent. We will be back! Each sandwich comes with chips or soup, the soup is homemade and so delicious. We got roasted bell pepper stew today. Yummy!

Ok first off found this nice little hole in the wall place via Google recommendations. Decided to try it out because the food looked good, an these are the best places to visit. There inside of the restaurant was nicely spaced out and the decor was really nice. As for the food which we all know is the important part. I went to try the meatball sub, sadly they were out of that and the brisket. The owner recommended I try his daily special of Chicken Pesto with Loaded Potato Stew. My son got the BLT with chips. Both meals were freshly made an made to look very delicious. We topped it off with some of their mini key lime and banana cream pies. Both were quite good, I can’t wait to visit again with hopes I can try the brisket sandwich or meatball sub.

This is the first restaurant that we finally got to go out and dine-in since our state opened up on June 1st. It was such a cute place we love the atmosphere. We were the only ones dining in though. They were very busy with takeout orders. The staff was very friendly. We love to support businesses in our hometown and this is a family-owned business. They learned their recipes from their grandma. These sandwiches are so unique and so different, but oh, so delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly. My son got the dirty bird sandwich and I got the prime brisket sandwich. He got chips and I got cream of potato soup. We each shared a half of the sandwich so we could try both of them. The turkey on his dirty bird was delicious turkey and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The brisket on my sandwich was a melt-in-your-mouth brisket. All of the sauces on both sandwiches and how they built the sandwiches were made to perfection. The Wisconsin cheese was just as flavorful as it could be and melted perfectly on both sandwiches. The cream of potato soup was good. This sandwich shop is a must-try for all of Rio Rancho residents, visitors, and Albuquerque. We were very pleased and we will definitely go back. Next time, I have to try the breakfast sandwich.

Very good. Split the turkey and brisket sandwich. Both were really good. The bread was crispy and buttery, the meat was tasty. The brisket was cooked perfect and the BBQ sauce was just how I like it. It was so good I’m going back in a few days, unfortunately I’m moving out of state soon, wish I would’ve stopped by sooner.

An excellent experience, personable and friendly owners/cooks, and some fantastic and phenomenal food. We’ve been going here since they opened, and they have failed to disappoint us. The Big Ole BLT and the Breakfast Sangwich are honestly hard to beat from anyone else. With fresh ingredients, a focus on providing good food, and not a single bad thing on the menu, I can’t recommend Uncle T’s enough. My only real nit-pick is that I would like to see options for gluten free, or other allergies substitutes, as the menu is limited in that regard. However, talking to the owner, it is something they are pursuing for the menu, as soon as they find the best tasting option. I have have been and will continue to be a repeat customer of Uncle T’s Sangwiches.

Went today for brunch and was very pleased with my purchase. The quality of food was amazing and the staff was fantastic. Supporting a local business that truly puts love into their food is hard to find nowadays
