Placed our family order early. Received verification text at 4 pm. for delivery. On the phone, they said it would be 45-60 minutes. After 75 min, we called, and they said they got busy and they overlooked our order. Meaning they forgot our order. Said it would be another 30 min, i.e. by 5:45. It’s past 6 pm and still no food! If they had said it would be over 2 hours, we would have gone elsewhere. 6:08 call again, was told it was on the way. We live 3 min away. Food was delivered at 6:18, by two little girls about 10 years old. Didn’t bother to ask if I was going to get a discount? Barely any sauce for the sweet and sour chicken, and the chicken was greasy soggy. “Chicken Legs” is how I would describe the amount of chicken on the sticks. Fortune cookies and crab raggon were good.

Ordered tonight from them. THE ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT AND CALLED THE FIRST THING OUT OF THEIR MOUTH WAS ” WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM” first you do not talk to yor customers that way. . Ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls and got 2 shrimp egg foo young only about a $10 difference. The food was good but that attitfrom the staff was a zero. Will never order from them again because of this. Lots of Chinese restaurants around don’t need this treatment when when spending my money.

This was the greasiest food I have ever had. This food was so terrible I couldnt even eat it. I ate maybe 3 bites and threw the whole dish away. We ordered Beef lo mein, pork fried rice and pepper strwak with onions. The beef was slimy and super chewy and did not appear to be cooked all the way as it was still pink on the outside and the rice was even disgusting as it was soaked in grease and even breaknig down like over cooked rice or left over rice that ahs been in your fridge for a week. By far the worst Chinese food ever.

Ordered beef and broccoli. There was so much grease in bottom of the container I used two paper towels to soak it up. I didn’t even finish 1/2 of it. Wonton soup was good. Chicken fried rice was bland and the chicken looked questionable. Egg rolls were soggy and barely edible. I will not be returning.

Tried this place twice just to make sure the first time wasn’t a fluke. If you order over the phone or online, they don’t start making the order until you get there. Both times I could only finish the wonton soup I ordered. 2nd time I ordered a large wonton soup and got a small. Fried rice was total garbage, pepper steak was rubbery and slimy. The plain rice even tasted horrible. Will never go back.

Food is great and delicious but even if you order ahead and they tell you to pick up in 10 minutes, they usually make you wait until you get there to get started on your food. Wait time is 5-10 minutes so not too bad but if you are going for lunch at work, this is not the place.

BEWARE! Don’t ever rely on their delivery because they will get back to you to pick up your order yourself or else forget your order! Today Sept 23 around 10am I ordered food to be delivered to our office address for lunch, order was taken pretty quick and seems everything was taken care off, then around 11:45am I got a call from the restaurant that they don’t have a driver to get our order deliver, they offer no other delivery option but for us to pick it up our order or forget it. Non apologetic and very unprofessional over the phone, told the guy maybe Uber could be an option but he said no, I guess he doesn’t have time to deal with this kind of situation or just doesn’t care about customer service at all. One of the worse person I spoke to handle business over the phone.
