We won’t be revisiting this establishment again. This was our 3rd time giving this place a try. The staff couldn’t be more rude. The food isn’t very good either. When you order, they don’t take your information, nor give you an order number. When you arrive, you are expected to know this said order number. I came in tonight and didn’t know the number as they didn’t give it to my wife when she ordered. I was grabbing food for the family and her on my way home from work. I had no idea what she ordered, so I got grilled by staff for not knowing the order nunber or food that was ordered. They didn’t say a word to me except that the entire time I was there. No customer service skills whatsoever…

Rude people. Tonight I placed an order online. Spent $40 with a %15 tip. I live in Shelby so it’s a far drive. When my boyfriend got back I noticed they forgot my crab Rangoon so I called back and drove back to Lowell. Whatever. But when the lady hands my boyfriend the food she says here’s the crab Rangoon you say we owe you…like we should feel bad for asking for the food we paid for and driving an extra 30 mins because they forgot it. No sorry from them just completely rude. I never write reviews but being in the customer service industry and being born and raised here, this really upset me. Well be driving even further for our mediocre chinese food. Maybe they will know how to treat customers

Conniving company! I had the simplest order. All I wanted was a small beef fried rice she repeated it, but when my husband g went to pick it up it’s a large. They barely get any customers as it is so the customers that they do have they try to make more money out of them. I will not be going back!
