I like the food, no problem there. Problem is I don’t order Chinese takeout very often. Selected a few items from the menu and cost nearly $25. As I waited for food, I realized on their menu that what I ordered could have been a combo, meal whatever, for almost half the price. Might not be a lot of money for some people, but I really feel I was fully taken advantage of by ordering single items. Bottom line, they will rip off anyone they can if they think you’re stupid enough.

If you’re from New England and trying to find a Chinese food place that’s close to what you got back home, this is the one. Been down here since 2014 and this is the closest to New England style Chinese food. The staff there are always very nice.

Got a hair in my egg roll, the wings were salty, the bourbon chicken had no flavor and was hard, not fresh, my boneless spare ribs were hard, and the fried rice had barely any meat all priceysameful I’m from Jersey this is definitely not NYC style.

#1 Kitchen is almost exactly what you should expect. We’ve spent maybe a couple hundred bucks in here all together. Usually after school. It’s always been on time and a good value in my experience. Every neighborhood has one of these places, you know? I’ll be back.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and pork fries rices with an egg roll and a Pepsi . the food was not good at all the egg roll was the worst one I ever had and they gave me ice tea instead of my soda I will never order from here again.

Very disappointed. Chicken noodle soup tasted like hot water with chicken and noodles. I ordered a vegetable chow mein, it came with shrimp in it I’m sure I paid for this trip and I don’t eat shrimp. My friend ordered a quart of pork lo mein he did not receive a court it was in a little tray. The only one that came correct was an order of shrimp lo mein. I wouldn’t buy there again not worth the money. When I called the lady argued with me that I ordered shrimp vegetable chow mein when I told her no I didn’t she says I repeated it to you you don’t listen. I told her she needs to learn how to speak better English so she can understand the orders and get them straight. Good luck if you order from number one kitchen. I hope you have better luck than we did.
