This is not American pancakes- it is way better. The pancake is like a thin scallion pancake with some egg and cilantro cooked into it. Then they fill it with whatever you order, plus some crispy fried noodles or wonton shells and lettuce. Think burrito. You can also ask for spicy chili oil, which I recommend. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. I see some people saying theyre big enough for 2 people- they arent, unless the 2 people dont need to eat much.

Great jianbing(Asian crepe) place! Got the sausage pancake which is amazing and portion size is huge. Would also highly recommend the sugar crisp and skewers.

Duck pancake was delicious. Very surprised by the pork dumplings and pan fried pork buns which had a crispy dumpling skirt, so good!

Amazing new Chinese pancake place opened! I got the duck pancake and the portions were huge for quite cheap. They also have other food and a variety of snacks.

Stopped here for the first time intrigued by the idea of a chinese pancake. It’s more like a rolled crepe with layers of savory ingredients. The chef made it fresh on a griddle to order. I had the sausage, the meat itself delicious, the crepe soft and flaky, with a surprise crunchy wonton skin tucked inside for added texture. The flavor was clean, light, and bright. Not at all greasy, nor eggy, or doughy. My son consumed their fried pork dumplings in silence, it looked delicious and he wasn’t sharing it. I tasted the beef pancake, that meat inside juicy and flavorful. I also had the Taiwanese sausage skewers: this one had a bit of sweet, a small amount of heat, and nice texture. Staff was super friendly, explained the choices, and obviously passionate to share their food culture with us. This is definitely a place I will drive out of my way to visit again just so I can eat through the rest of their menu.

I tried No. 1 Pancake for the first time. The ham pancake and steamed chicken dumplings were tasty and delicious! Their passion fruit tea was also very good. The prices are reasonable. I look forward to enjoying other dishes and teas from this new Sea Cliff establishment!

Tried the bacon pancake today. (These are basically crepes not American pancakes any case anyone is confused by the name.) It was hot and fluffy with some crisp and very savory. The portion was pretty large as well, I ate one of the halves for lunch. I look forward to returning to try some other options.
