I’m keeping it real, even though it doesn’t have the iconic “3.5 stars = incredible”, it fits the criteria perfectly in every way. which explains why its over 3.5 stars, its simply perfect. pricing is amazing, food is hot and fresh and along with the portion size and the quality of the food its simply great, 10$ gets you a long way and this place is exactly what there is to expect from a genuinely good Chinese take out restaurant. Honestly id argue its a hidden gem of Cooper City.

When I first moved to this area I thought this place was great but after ordering many times and trying different meals my opinion has changed. The bourbon chicken lacks bourbon, the sweet and sour sauce tastes like ketchup, the szechuan and general tsao’s chicken lacks flavor as a whole. This place is far from traditional. I feel like I’m left with eating hoisin+chick stock+ cornstarch sauce every time. Where is the garlic, ginger, sichaun peppercorns, spring onion? Prices have also gone up. Staff is not friendly and not approachable. Won’t be ordering from there ever again.

The food is always fresh and hot. However, their customer service skills sucks! The young lady is always rude when I place my order on the phone. She acts like I’m always annoying her when ordering my food. I don’t like to be rushed. The only reason I continue to go back, is because the food is good. She needs to learn how to interact with the public, and stop with the attitude problem. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, and if they continue with the rudeness, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
