They are a hit or miss I guess and for them to be little bit pricey you really can’t afford to have all the food bad, soggy fish, chicken was bad, loaded potatoes had some other kind of meat I didn’t recongize not like before when I ordered it, even the jerk salad was bad and I’m like how do you mess that up….cucumbers weren’t chopped there was hardly no lettuce, and the salad was wet like it was sitting for a while, I have ordered here over 4 times. So this was a shocker since I spend 50-60 bucks everytime I come up there.

My husband seen the Jerk Chicken and Shrimp Salad on a post and decided he wanted to try it. Let’s just say it is FANTASTIC! We decided every other Friday this will be our lunch. I like the fact it’s made to order so I don’t mind the wait sooooo worth it!

This location is just as worse as the one in Calumet City uncaring extremely rude, poor service. They won’t help you with any compliant that you have won’t let you speak with owner or manager the is in charge for the day. They lie about being the owners son won’t give there names. I guess a ghost must own the locations or the owner don’t care like the employees he hire. I spent over 50.00 dollars for food I didn’t get I order the Tast of No Cobbs this meal consists of 10 legs, 10 wings, 10 thighs, 10 catfish, and fries came with I got 3legs 3 thighs 5 wings 5 catfish and a hand full of fries and it was all cold. Now jus because I order through Door Dash they didn’t care to give the delivery person my complete order and I would have to come and pickup the rest of my order if I wanted and if I asked for a refund they told me to get my money back from Door Dash. Shop at No Cobbs at your own expense cause they don’t care about what they give you. And won’t help you. This is unacceptable.

My first and last time supporting this “business”. I placed an order over the phone for a baked potato with chicken and shrimp. The food still wasn’t ready when I arrived 25 minutes later. I got home only to realize there was not a single shrimp in my potato. Considering the additional cost I paid for the shrimp, I was highly disappointed. I called the restaurant, only to be told the cook said he put the shrimp in my order. (Implying that I was lying) I was told the owner could only offer me 20% off my next order! Seriously?! You cheat me out my order, imply that I’m lying, don’t offer a refund or apology AND expect me to give you more business?! That is basic customer service skills. If you don’t have the fundamentals in tact, you shouldn’t be running a business; you should be running to take a business course. FYI South Suburban College offers courses. Black businesses must do better if they expect the black dollar.

The Country Club Hills store was at 1 time really good. They closed for a while maybe because of the pandemic. Now that they are open they are NOT BEING FAIR AT ALL. My husband and I ordered a large catfish fillet and a veggie potato. His catfish fillets were cut in half. Instead of 3 whole fillets we received 1 fillet cut in half and half of another fillet! My potato is usually more filling. The potato barely filled up the container. Well..you have lost customers. I don’t understand why African American establishments have a good thing then mess up by trying to take advantage of their customers. Don’t waste your time going here.
