Today I stopped by with my family and I was honestly not super impressed. I received my food fairly quickly but it would appear that the only seasoning known to the cook who cooked my meal was salt. Almost every part of my meal was seasoned with only salt except for the pork. The scalloped potatoes were the biggest victim as they were both incredibly mushy and incredibly salty. The service was fairly mediocre too as our waiter seemed more interested in turning the table than actually interacting with us. I think we only saw him three times during the entire meal except when the checks needed to be collected. I heard good things about this place but, don’t think I will be back

We went here after visiting the zoo. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. My kids got the turkey sandwich and cheeseburger. I love that every dish comes with pickles on the side. I got the French dip. Usually it’s a hit or miss with places but this particular french dip was outstanding! The meat was perfect and the bread was just right! Other party members in my group got a huge salads and the gyro special. Let’s just say that during the eating part no one talked a lot ( which is out of the norm for us). The food was very tasty!! I will come eat here anytime!!

I came to Norfolk for an event and ate here and our food was delicious. Definitely recommended. Large portions for the price, well seasoned piping hot food. They also have a great menu selection. I will make sure to visit again whenever I’m in the Norfolk area again.

Fun atmosphere with delicious food. Menu has a wide range of food from seafood, and chicken to meatloaf & steak. Be prepared to wait most nights. Seems every wants to eat out now. Friendly servers. Small side parking lot.

I visited this place about a month ago and absolutely loved it! I really didn’t know what to expect coming here but I saw how diverse their menu was and how delicious everything sounded, so I decided to give it a try. The staff were all so amazing and friendly, also very attentive. Our waiter was very quick and always checked up on us even though it was very busy in there. The food didn’t take long to come out either! I had the pita with the tuna steaks and then I had the potato cheese gratin, both of which were very good! It was seasoned to perfection and had just the right texture. Not to mention that the prices were very reasonable and the portion size was good! I definitely can’t wait to visit this place again. Absolutely loved it and the atmosphere! Would be great for a date night, girls night, or if you just want to treat yourself to a good meal!

This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. Hogan H was our waiter, he was personable and attentive. As you may see from the picture the food was very good. My burger was juicy and my onion rings were crunchy . I will definitely visit again.

Journey Bodyworks-The Body Mechanic
I remember when No Frills Bar and Grill open its doors in the late 90s. When they only had the smaller space. I have seen this restaurant grow to what it is today. I have eaten brunch, lunch and dinner hundreds of times of the years. My daughter grew up eating at No Frills.
