A delightful little gem right off of exit 14 in Norwalk. It is cozy but has some outdoor seating where you can regularly find smokers firing away.

I always saw this place and decided to try the food, but it was a bit disappointing. The portion was great, but the taste is a bit too dull. UPDATE: woke up with a stomach bug.

Please do yourself, your taste buds, and your wallet a favor and steer entirely clear. The food at this establishment was absolutely disgusting. This is me giving this place a second chance after my chicken and rice was gross and me being promised the next time I came back the food will be better.

I was extremely disappointed with my last few visits here. The portions were smaller and with more added rice to make the dish look bigger. I recently had the lunch version of Jerk Chicken and Rice. When I tell you, I didn’t get a whole piece of chicken, I mean, I got three pieces of what looked like pull strands of chicken. While I didn’t expect a 3-piece meal, I would like to think you would get at least one full piece of meat. Very dissatisfied.

Pretty Basic establishment. Food was good, I ordered curri chicken which was pretty nicely seasoned and tasted good.

Great selection and portion are on generous !! Had the oxtail meal with rice and beans and callaloo veggies on the side. First time I had those veggies that resemble collard greens, really loved the callaloo!! My co-worker has the jerk chicken which smelled divine and he said it was awesome! Oh yea, we also had fried dumplings

Local neighborhood Caribbean food shack – easygoing people and flavorsome food. We were in the neighborhood and glad we found this place. Had a hearty dinner for just $20 (for two) – which included a large portion of jerk chicken, with peas and veggies, a hearty measure of oxtail gravy and some extra sprinkles of jerk sauce, and a glass of pineapple ginger drink. When here, do give this pineapple ginger drink a try – it was super awesome!

Just ate the “jerk” chicken. This is not jerk chicken but rather a BJ’s or Costco rotisserie chicken with sauce. I’ve bought plenty rotisserie chicken to know. And I’m straight off the boat from Jamaica . Not happy with the bait and switch at all. Very disappointed.

Food was good here. The rice at this location is by far one of the best I had from a Jamaican restaurant. The jerk chicken wasn’t dried and very tasty. The quantity of food is enough to feed two people but if you want to honor this location you make sure “no food is left over”. Can’t wait to try other dishes
