We had the garlic and shrimp oysters. I thought they were great but my girl likes hers more cooked. We also had the sampler, it had stuffed jalapeños, curds, fried pickles and fried mushrooms. They were great. The burger my son had was great as well with the jalapeños. The fries were nice and crispy. Also the beers are nice and cold while enjoying this beautiful view of the bay!

We loved this place! The jalapeño poppers were delicious! As were the beer cheese and chicken wings! My grandmother liked the shrimp I brought her to-go, and my son liked his shrimp and fries. Good drink menu and I can’t remember our waitress’s name but she was super cute, sweet girl who said she’d just turned 21 and was new. She was great! So helpful and made our experience really enjoyable. I will think of this place often for years to come.

My husband and I had a wonderful time enjoying our Sunday funday lunch date here! Teri was our server and she was PHENOMENAL!!!! Although we came during their busiest time, she handled it well and with professional ease! Our food was hot and delicious. We enjoyed our drinks and appetizers while we waited for our meals to arrive. It’s so easy to lose track of time when you’re here because the atmosphere is so fun and inviting. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck while gazing at the waters of Galveston Bay. If you’re ever in Bacliff and want to dine on some delicious and fresh seafood or home style cooking, please patronize this restaurant….you won’t regret it! Ask to be seated wherever Teri is serving, she’s top tier and extremely nice❤️

Basically, avoid this place. Look at how over cooked my salmon was. My potatoes were ice cold. The place has a mustty water smell. Service crew doesn’t understand great service, they were nice but just doesn’t get it. This place isn’t worth your time or money.

Had been really excited to try this after living here for a year. Unfortunately, the first impression of the place wasn’t great but the hostess was awesome and super sweet and came to say hi when we sat outside. She was the only good thing about this place. Trash on the floors inside and outside, bar was unkempt the whole time we were there and passing in and out, not in a between customers way but a not-touched-at-all way. Women’s bathroom had trash on the floor and I couldn’t use it. We ordered and the food looked great. I got the BLT with egg with fries and sweet tea. Egg was cold, bacon was cold and hard, too hard to eat, fries over salted and tea wasn’t sweet. My person got a ribeye medium rare with sides and and unsweet tea. It had to be sent back twice because it was raw and cold. He kept the sides because he thought he should “at least eat something.” The kids plates were not OK from what they told me. Our first had a sirloin 5oz steak well down and it came out medium rare. Fries were their choice of side and super salty and the soda was all water. They did not finish the meal. Our second has a cheese burger with fries and a coke. Coke was all syrup, fries too salty and burger was stiff and over cooked. At least the food was plated nicely. Overall for the reviews we saw, we left disappointed. The waitress was a huge sweetheart and the best thing about that place and the cats they feed are also sweethearts. Other than that, I don’t know if it was an off day or thats how it is normally but man, it was disappointing.
