I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Food is amazing. It was my first hibachi experience and was our saving grace when my son was little, because he had a hard time going to restaurants so we mostly ate take out until we found hibachi. Now my son is 11 and Noble is his request for when it’s his pick (and any of ours usually) for a restaurant. Worth the 30 min. Drive for us now that we’re further away (and we have closer options). The hibachi experience has grown over the years here and you almost always have to have a reservation to sit for hibachi, when years ago we’d just walk in, it makes me so happy they’re doing so well as a business. We usually do sit down dinner though because the turnover is fast and a wait is rare.

Very disappointed in this place … I had a reservation for 15 people today 6/24/23 for my moms 60th birthday dinner. I made this reservation weeks ago! The place was closed due to a water main break. But I would really had appreciated a call from them saying they are closed. Some of my family members drove from Groton, CT to attend this event. This was super unprofessional and upsetting. Thanks to Sweet Mango for accommodating my party at such last minute.

I don’t know if the new owners took over or not but the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I tried calling ahead of time to place an order but they took their phones off of the hook so no calls can come through. Went there to order in the pouring rain just to get there and be disappointed. I stood there for 10 mins, no one said a word to me. I went up to the bar to ask who can take my order and another guy says “someone will be over”. Mind you, it was not busy AT ALL. The dinning area wasn’t full and there was no one else there waiting to order or waiting to pick up an order. Another 5mins go by, the “manager” comes out of the back and asks me if I’m picking up…I said no, I’m waiting to order. He then says with an attitude “do you know what you’re getting” so then i say yes and proceed to give him my sushi order. Again, with an attitude, he cuts me off and says “it’s gonna be 45 minutes”. I stormed out, pissed. I was no way at all treated like a valued customer. I will NEVER be back.

I’ve been coming to Noble for years and it remains one of my favorite places. John, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. The wait staff are all very funny and personable. I don’t like a lot of sushi but really enjoy it here (the atmosphere probably has a lot to do with that). I’d recommend for sushi and sake at the bar or for a fun night out with friends or family at the hibachi tables.

The guy who picked up was rude over the phone, when I walked in i told the lady I already ordered, the lady was like yeah its not ready. No communication. No hi, how are you doing today? Just terrible communication skills and rudeness. I give it 2 stars for decent food but not a place I want to go to. I came cause I had a break from work. Negative energy

Beware Guys!!! They rip you off by adding tip 18% while they swipe your card without your consent, I was planning to do tip as I enjoyed food , but I should choose how much tip I give, I almost double tipped them without notice that tip was added until one of the customer complained right next to me about tip!! This is stealing from customers.

Workers always try to rip you off and then belittle you. Tip is included and they make comments if you ask for change when paying with cash. Inappropriate and said “you want your little change back?” My mom had surgery and can’t eat a lot due to having half a stomach and we told the staff ahead of time. Once we sat and waited for hibachi two of the workers had the nerve to make comments like “you a big child” all because she ordered a kids portion size due to surgery. Just disrespectful comments towards guests, used to embarrass the person.

I had to walk out of the door just because they want everyone to be up under another family. Not even elbow space of room, They don’t ever have to worry about me coming back to this establishment. The manager is unprofessional! Couldn’t even come over and talk had a young girl tell me and my family we had no choice but to move. Don’t tell me what I have a choice of. Very unprofessional won’t ever be going back !
