We really enjoyed our time at Noble Rice! Our waiter was awesome and very helpful on a lovely bottle of sake, pictured here. The miso salmon and rice was awesome, other picture. We had multiple rolls and fatty tunas and it was just great.

Wow. Great fusion Japanese restaurant in Channelside. Every dish was unique and flavorful in each bite. From the sushi to the dessert, I can’t say I’ve had anything similar anywhere else before. Their tiny chocolate dessert takes your mouth on a rollercoaster with all the flavor and textures that develop as you eat it. Mock-tails were delightful as well. Cant wait to come back and try even more!

We had a great experience at Noble Rice, beginning with the friendliest bar staff who guided us through the menu and helped us make our decisions. Sally was fantastic and brought out a couple of wines based on the notes I usually go for and she nailed it. The food was delicious and did not disappoint. This is definitely a pricier restaurant, expect to pay over $100 but it’s very worth it. Would recommend for anyone seeking a unique dining experience.

Sally and Georgi know what service is all about. The Umami Martini was one of the single best martinis I’ve ever tasted. I went with Sally’s recommendations and every bite was wonderful. They are welcoming, kind, and absolutely adept at proper service. And the menu… simple… complex…. Delicious.

Sushi was clearly fresh. I actually had a fish I’d never seen before – Isaki also known as Chicken Grunt – a fattyish white fish. That in itself is impressive as I’ve had just about every type of sushi fish available in the states. That being said, the Nigiri was the least exciting thing we had. Knife work and presentation were “meh.” Everything from the kitchen, however, was amazing. We opted to get the beef tartare with no additions, but I would recommend adding the Uni option. The Kani salad was sublime, with subtle hints of apple on a bed of maguro that appeared to be lightly pounded. The pork belly was perfectly rendered with pickled veggies that complemented it perfectly. The duck breast on toast was probably the single most decadent item, rich with a slight smokiness. The cocktails were on point, and the sake selection impressive without being overwhelming.

My friend and I had a great experience here on Friday! Our server was Christian and he was great. He was so kind and knew a lot about the menu and what we may like. We split the kale salad (I love the pistachio), 3 rolls and had some lychee martinis. The Negi Toro roll was my favorite! One of the workers (I think maybe the Manager?) came up and asked us how everything was and then got us another round of drinks. She was so kind and it made us feel special that she took the time to ask how things were. I will be back for sure!

Gorgeous lighting and decor. Outstanding menu and excellent cuisine. The service is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, the staff are friendly and attentive, including the host stand, managers, and those bussing tables. Our primary server was Christian who was wonderful. But you can tell they have an “all hands on deck” philosophy because we had dish and drink service from several people. This place takes a meal and makes it a experience. I will definitely be back.
