Sometimes, you eat a meal that is so effortlessly perfect that you are forced to wonder why eating one is so rare. I ordered the Wisconsin Cubano and French onion soup, and both were beyond amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and filling! I cannot recommend this spot too highly. We also brought a maniacal two-year-old to dine with us, and the staff was both accommodating of and patient with his insanity.

Happy 1 year birthday of this amazing shop with so much more than just cheese. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and delicious samples at their celebration. I’m indulging in the honey lavender sheep milk cheese on a baguette currently & looking forward to the Finnochiona salami I also bought.
