My experience at Noble Romans today: called in and asked for non-meat pizza options for take out, I was told one option was the veggie pizza. I asked if the pizza had baked or raw ingredients to which the person on the phone said they are baked.

We hadn’t eaten Noble Romans in years so I was excited to have it! The pizza was cooked in a timely manner and looked good! This use to be my favorite pizza joint because the deep dish was amazing! The crust still packs that flavor and aims to please but everything else was disappointing. I ordered a large deep dish veggie and a large hand tossed cheese specialty I forget the name of it. The cheese pizza was over loaded with blue cheese so much so we couldn’t eat it. I tried to mask it by adding f more cheese and warming but it was a horrific no. Not to mention it’s not worth the money especially if your feeding a family we spent $57 bucks and still had to go elsewhere for another pizza to be sure we had enough. This was mainly due to the size of the deep dish. The pieces were maybe 2×2 like they fit in the palm of your hand. I was so deeply saddened. I would not recommend this to feed a family of 4 or more because it can start to get pricey otherwise I’d order again.

This location is always a pleasure to visit. Nice and friendly people. Special shout out to Arianna, she’s is always upbeat and her energy is always a great vibe. She keeps the salad bar in perfect condition. Everything is just so neatly organized and easily accessible. Great customer service!

I’m a huge snob when it comes to pizza. Noble Roman’s has the best pizza on the north side, without a doubt. The dough is made fresh, the ingredients seem to be good quality, and the topping portions are adequate.

We had never been to Noble Romans before but I’m glad we went! thanks to Bobby we had an incredible first experience. She gave us excellent recommendations and made us feel welcome as soon as we set foot in the building. The food was fast and delicious. We will definitely be back and and recommending this place to our friends. The breadsticks were to die for and the BBQ deep dish pizza was so flavorful. Can’t wait to become regulars at our new favorite pizza joint!

Delivery order arrived nowhere near hot, and the disappointment didn’t stop there! Crust was deceptively toasty brown on top and bottom but turned out to be the soggiest, softest slice of pizza I’ve ever bitten into. Just baaaarely done beyond doughy. Meats on top not toasted up right, floppy and lukewarm. The breadsticks and dessert sticks were baked better, but they weren’t warm at all either.

This Noble Romans Craft Pizza and Pub location is brand new. An employee meets you inside the door to help you understand the routine. Their menu is printed on a wooden pizza paddle. They have pizza, pasta, salads, etc. Non-dairy cheese is available as is gluten free crust. Beer, wine, and great draft Root Beer. There is a “bar”. Plenty of TV’s. We sat at a comfortable booth. Our medium, deep dish, deluxe style pizza with 3 bread sticks and drinks was $22… and it was very good. Definitely worth going back.

This was our first visit to Noble Romans and unfortunately our last visit. We got there around 5:30 on a Friday night and had trouble finding a table. It wasnt super packed and there were empty tables, just they were all dirty. We chose a dirty table, and I had to track down an employee to ask if they could clean it. I left my family at the table while I got in line to order. It took over 25 minutes just to place my order. I went back to my table with our breadsticks only to find the employee still hadn’t cleared and wiped down the table. So I cleared the dirty cups and napkins and wiped down my own table. The salad was subpar and made with brown and wilted lettuce. Breadsticks were good but nothing to write home about. The pizza came another 20 or so minutes later and in my opinion was burned. We didnt eat one side of the pizza because the crust was too dark. Overall, our first experience was a bust and I left feeling like I wasted my money. Unfortunately, we wont ever go back there.
