Great food but they are severely understaffed and causes food to take insanely long. Great staff but if dinner takes around 4 hrs, that’s not a good sign

Bottom line: Great food, service and ambiance. Rice on nigiri was little overcooked but the freshness and proportions were on point!

I have food allergies so it’s always challenging finding a place I can eat at. Nobo was very accommodating and food allergy conscious. Menu has very extensive selection. I got the teriyaki glazed salmon which was exceptional, and my husband got a variety of sushi which he said was excellent quality. Artful plating presentation of food.

Outstanding sushi and service in a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Every sushi roll was fresh and flavorful with some unique and delicious combinations and excellent ingredients. The Aloha roll was outstanding. Service was friendly and helpful – though you may wait a bit for the sushi it is masterfully prepared with care and skill and well worth the wait. Pricing is fair for the quality and on par for the area. We were told the entrees are fusion style and will be back to try them in the future. I cannot recommend Nobo enough for any lovers of sushi nearby.

Great ambiance. Lighting is low, but not gloomy. Staff are enthusiastic, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious! I had the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops.

Greeted with a smile by the friendly host and sat quickly. Felt welcomed. Waiter gave me plenty of time to look over the menu without pressure.

Everybody who worked here was extremely nice. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. My only complaint was that the sushi was in my opinion not that great. I had the spicy combo (I forget the real name) which was filled with too many tempura flakes, besides the salmon jalapeño, which I enjoyed. We also had a Buddha roll; unfortunately it was ridiculously greasy, did not have great taste and was honestly the worst bite of sushi I’ve ever had. I’m sure there are a lot of redeeming things on the menu that we were unable to try. I would just recommend staying far away from the Buddha roll.

Had the pleasure of dining here at lunch. Surprisingly crowded for mid day but the service was fast and friendly. Great lunch specials for the sushi fans and our counterparts who prefer cooked food Will definitely return to try more menu items. Yum!

The food was amazing! We had a large party, and unfortunately, just one person was serving the table, which made it seem rushed. The server, Tiffany, did her best and brought out the orders accurately.
