Best Japanese food I’ve ever had!! Ott was our waiter and he was so helpful and fun guiding us through the menu and helping us pick items my daughter and I would both enjoy. Items we ordered and loved: rock tempura shrimp, eel and cucumber sushi, tempura shrimp sushi, salmon sashimi. I highly recommend this restaurant…great flavours, awesome staff and welcoming atmosphere!

The amazing food was diminished by the atmosphere. We sat 8 feet from the busy walkway through Paris hotel with all the noise and smoke, divided by a shoulder height barrier. Our table was too small to accommodate my wine glass- very odd seating for a restaurant that was perhaps at 20% capacity.

Signature dishes are impressive. The Black Cod, Beef Tenderloin and Shishito Peppers are some of my favorites. If you are looking for a spot with flavors you haven’t tasted before, check out their signature dishes. I liked pairing the teriyaki sauce with the Beef Tenderloin. They have a great cocktail selection as well.

Well, I have officially been to all three Nobu locations in Vegas and this is probably my least favorite one, atmosphere wise. The food is exceptional, no doubt about that but it is extremely noise because of its proximity to the main foyer to get into the table game area. I can’t believe I didn’t a picture of my all time favorite dish, but you must try the Black Cod with Miso next time you’re in town. You’ll be dreaming about it for the rest of your life. And the Roasted Cauliflower dish was the best cooked vegetable I’ve ever had…that sauce!!!

First let me say the food is 5 stars all day long and twice on Tuesdays… However atmosphere is a part of the dining experience, and when paying the prices that Nobu is charging they need to control the atmosphere much better. I wasn’t as put off as others with the noise but there was a major disturbance that ended poorly, it wasn’t the staffs fault if anyone is to blame its hotel/casino security. However out of control casino patrons are not the type of thing you would expect when paying $150+ per person.

My wife and I had dinner here sitting at the bar seating. Very cool experience sitting at the sushi bar as you can watch the sushi chefs make your plate right in front of you. We had various different sushi dishes and all were very tasty. Service was great and the food was fresh and light. Would highly recommend
