This place is amazing!!! The food was fantastic, easy parking and very friendly staff. The restaurant has a great atmosphere too. My non vegan brother ordered the Cuban sandwich special and said that he wouldn’t have known it was vegan and that it was delicious. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with potato salad and they were soooo tasty. I would love to have a spot like this where I live in NC:) Highly recommend trying this place out.

Whether you’re a meat eater, vegan, vegetarian; no matter your lifestyle, I highly recommend this restaurant! This was my second visit to NoButcher. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. I am not vegan or vegetarian but I am becoming a regular here. I’ve enjoyed the Pulled NoPork sandwich and most recently, the “steak” sandwich. They are absolutely delicious! The taste and texture taste like actual meat but without harming any animals. Take advantage of their special: a sandwich, side, drink, and dessert for only $14.90! The rosemary lemonade is delicious and I’ve had the potato salad as my side; so yummy! I’ve had the chocolate chip cookie, a lemon-ish cookie and the ice cream sandwich; so wonderful! The lovely woman who works the counter (I’m sorry; I didn’t get her name; I believe she is the owner) is always very friendly and helpful with any questions on the menu. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and the customers are always having great conversations with each other. I highly recommend this establishment!

Whenever I visit Vegas, No Butcher is a place that I have to visit. The food is amazing. I think I’ve tried every sandwich and side that they have to offer. Today I was able to purchase a sandwich that I’ve never tried. This sandwich is available during the month of May. The flaky chicken sandwich which includes Chipotle Aioli, Cole slaw, and pickles. As the younger people say, this sandwich is BUSSIN (That means it’s really good/delicious/recommended). I look forward to my trips to Vegas because I know that I’ll get to visit my favorite vegan sandwich restaurant when I arrive. I almost forgot, I also ordered the cherry crumble and it was amazing. I’d been craving a dessert that contains cherries and I had to come all the way to Vegas to get what I was looking for.

On the outskirts of Vegas we’re trying to find something off the radar to eat, we found this place called “No Butcher”, a strange name for a vegan restaurant, but after reading the reviews, which were positive, we decided to eat there! A wonderful surprise to have ordered a pastrami sandwich, no meat here, with lettuce, pickles and a white cheese, that’s not cheese and a homemade mustard sauce all inside of a ciabatta shell, I ordered a full meal deal with egg salad, no eggs here, a Rosemary Lemonade, homemade, and a flourless cookie with almonds, all very delicious with a true taste! My partner wasn’t too pleased with his Italian cold cut sandwich, which he felt was too much ciabatta bread, with not pepperoni, with not ham and with not provolone cheese, and all the fixings of lettuce, red onions and some kind of sauce that’s not mayo, coleslaw, a faux Arnold Palmer and a flourless cookie with almonds, it was all yummy to me! I would like to see a vegan restaurant like this at home, very interesting and satisfying!

Omg! I was so pleased with my food! My husband and I have been vacationing in Vegas the past few days from CT and No Butcher has been on my list for a long time. I made it a point to visit. The gentleman who took our order was super kind and friendly! We both got the no-pastrami. It was absolutely fantastic, I’ve never had real pastrami but it had a great “meaty” flavor. The potato salad and cole slaw were wonderful, the rosemary lemonade was awesome, and the cookies they snuck in were also moist and delicious. I highly recommend stopping in, vegan or not. I’m pescatarian (but keep it mostly plant based anyhow) and my husband eats everything and we both really enjoyed our food.

Nice little shop. Friendly and informative staff. Delicious food. I had The Greek (aka vegan gyro) sandwich, and my husband had the special Po’Boy (aka pulled pork). Both were delicious, and we’d order them again. The sandwiches were perfect size.
