I’ve been to multiple events that featured the NoCo Hot Box food truck and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious and they are very knowledgeable and cautious about gluten free items which is very important to me bc i have celiac. Their weekly specials are always great and you can’t go wrong with the regular menu items like the Knuckle Sandwich, award winning chicken wings or the Ragin’ Cajun. My family and I often grab food from the Hot Box at it’s homebase location in Tappan as well. The staff is always really friendly, they play good music and there’s plenty of seating so it’s a nice option to take the family for some casual fun dining!

I have been to The Hot Box several times and the food is amazing! My favorite is The Knuckle Sandwich but everything on the menu is delicious and I always look forward to the specials. The staff is kind and friendly and goes above and beyond for its customers. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!!

Very disappointed as the food is AMAZING, was first introduced to it at a catered event hosted by a neighbor. Decided to have them for lunch, ordered on their website & upon arrival for pick up, another customer had returned to exchange an incorrect order. As I’m standing there waiting my turn, I see the previous customer handing them back an OPEN box which it turned out was my order! After the gentleman hands the previous customer his order, he decided to close up the returned box & bag it up for me! I kindly asked him are you really going to give me that it was open. He replied “no it was not.” I again kindly told him I was standing here, he handed an open box back to you guys, wouldn’t there be a chance he touched the food? With a very reluctant attitude he decided to make a new one for me with no apologies or realization of a mistake & misjudgement on his part. Coming from the business & even if you aren’t from the business, it is common sense you never resell any food that has left the premise then returned, that is a violation on so many many levels. Very disappointing as the food is great & I’m sure the owners are fine people, but the staff on shift today needs to be retrained on how to run a food establishment.

The food and service is beyond expectations! So much care goes in to everything they make, and if something isn’t to your liking they make sure to get it right. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere can’t be beat and the location is perfect with plenty of access to parking. Will be bringing all my friends and family to visit.

NoCo hotbox is a Diamond in the rough. The food and staff are all unbelievable. Even during the hottest days these guys where out there grinding inside the truck. While we were outside complaining about the heat and waiting to eat these workers were cooking are food so we didn’t have to. Best of luck with the truck I will definitely be back for your delicious food oh yeah and your Ice coffee!!
