The bar is nice and haven’t had a problem with the bouncers. The sound system on the deck absolutely sucks. No bass or low end. All high end. They play mostly trap music which consists of tons of high hats and high pitched claps/snares so listening to music up there is unbearable it feels like I’m gonna go deaf due to the lack of bass and abundance of mid to high end frequencies. I feel bad for the bartenders that are constantly subject to this auditory holocaust. Makes me want to kill myself. Get some subwoofers if you’re gonna blast music

My friends and I love going here! Our favorite bar. The bartenders and bouncers are so friendly and sweet. Specifically Ben and Charlie are my favorites! I definitely feel safe and taken care of when I’m there and on top that the atmosphere is amazing.

Usually a good spot (especially the roof top) but make sure you get your drink before they take your card because then they’ll forget to give you the drink or say they already gave it to you.

Loved this bar since I was 21, the staff is well knowledge and obviously trained by a professional. The door man and bouncers have always made me feel comfortable and safe, I don’t mind if there a couple moments wait to secure my surroundings.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar. The bouncers were extremely disrespectful and denied me for no reason. The bouncer took my ID (recently turned 21) laughed at it and threw it on the ground! Yes I look young but that is not right. Go somewhere else that will appreciate your business. 0/10

They stay open til 2 AM. At 1:30, a bouncer told me I needed to leave because they were closed. I told him I was waiting on my girlfriend in the restroom, and he told me that if I didn’t leave right then he would “put hands on me”. My girlfriend left the restroom and we walked out. As we were walking down the stairs another bouncer was walking down holding a customer by the shirt and punching him in the face. Several people, including young women, were tripped and pushed down the stairs in the process. We filed a police report shortly after.

West End is by far the best bar that Dickson street has to offer! They are very strict about following Covid-19 regulations and rules, which makes it a safe environment for all. They have a very friendly staff that always makes you feel welcome! I will always recommend this bar when people ask me the best place to hang out and get a drink in Fayetteville!
