Recently we visited nombucket, an entirely vegan meal company, located at 1408 N. Killian Drive, Suite # 104, West Palm Beach, FL 33403. NomBucket and the other businesses here were kind enough to feed us due to being displaced by Hurricane Ian and we are very grateful for their compassion. This Brick and Mortar business is actually home to 5 independent Vegan Businesses that all share a roof! There is a rotating weekly menu, body care products, a bakery that even caters weddings, and what seems like an endless variety of creative food concoctions. We tried two kinds of empanadas, Banana Bread, Sausage Egg Cheese on a Bagel, and Gluten Free White Pizza with Carmelized Onions & Mushrooms. Everything was EXCELLENT! Katie & Rebekah were so welcoming. I went for the first time last week with my sister who was visiting from NYC. I’ve been in the area now for about 8 months. I’ve been slowing trying to become vegan and decided to visit. I loved the burger with the homemade “Mac sauce” on the side. Super delicious and still felt light after eating. I also had bought the potato soup and empanada for my sister. The soup was phenomenal. (Sis let me taste) To finish off our lunch we had banana bread and a carrot cupcake. Yum! Thanks so much ladies for your service.
